Auriga Cyber Ventures was ignited by four emblematic figures of the European cybersecurity industry and Auriga Partners. Serial entrepreneurs and ecosystem builders, they have collectively created market leaders, shaped industry standards, and driven the growth of Europe’s digital trust landscape. With ACV, they set out to co-found the fund they wished had existed when they started - built by cyber entrepreneurs for cyber entrepreneurs.

Jean-Noël de Galzain

Founder & CEO of Wallix, a European leader in privileged access management listed on Euronext, Jean-Noël is one of the most prominent voices in French and European cybersecurity. Under his leadership, Wallix became the first cybersecurity pure player to go public in France, achieving international recognition in identity and access management. He also co-founded Hexatrust, the leading association uniting France’s cybersecurity and trusted cloud champions, where he has consistently advocated for European digital sovereignty. Beyond his entrepreneurial track record, Jean-Noël has been deeply involved in policy and ecosystem building, acting as a bridge between innovators, regulators, and industry stakeholders. His ability to combine business execution with ecosystem leadership makes him a cornerstone of Europe’s cyber industry.

Edouard de Remur

Co-founder of Oodrive, one of Europe’s earliest secure cloud collaboration platforms, Edouard has over 20 years of experience scaling software companies in the digital trust space. With Oodrive, he helped build a pioneer in data protection and compliance, serving enterprises and governments with mission-critical solutions. He also founded Virtual Browser, a company ahead of its time in web isolation and secure browsing. Edouard’s career reflects a deep commitment to secure collaboration and cloud security in Europe. His expertise lies in building SaaS platforms at scale, navigating complex regulatory environments, and establishing trusted brands in highly competitive markets.

Georges Lotigier

As CEO of Vade, Georges has transformed the company into a global leader in email security, protecting hundreds of millions of mailboxes worldwide. Vade is recognized for its cutting-edge, AI-powered phishing, malware, and spear-phishing detection technology, serving both SMBs and large enterprises. The company was acquired by Hornetsecurity in 2024 and later by Proofpoint in 2025, marking two major strategic transactions in the global security landscape. Beyond Vade, Georges also served as President of Scalair, a fast-growing French cloud infrastructure provider offering IaaS, PaaS, and DaaS solutions. Georges has a long track record in scaling technology businesses internationally, combining strategic vision with operational execution. By turning Vade into one of the most visible European players in the global email security market, and by contributing to the growth of Scalair in cloud infrastructure, he has demonstrated Europe’s ability to compete at scale in highly consolidated industries. His international perspective and experience in scaling from France to global markets are invaluable assets to ACV.

Thierry Rouquet

Co-founder and former CEO of Sentryo, a pioneer in industrial cybersecurity acquired by Cisco in 2019, Thierry has played a central role in bridging the gap between IT and OT security. With Sentryo, he positioned France as an early leader in protecting industrial control systems, years before industrial cybersecurity became a mainstream concern.Previously, Thierry was President & CEO of Arkoon Network Security, a European leader in network security, data privacy, and endpoint protection, listed on Euronext before its acquisition by Airbus Defense & Space as part of the group’s cyber strategy. Widely recognized for his expertise in critical infrastructure security and his ability to anticipate market shifts, Thierry brings to ACV a proven track record of entrepreneurship, scale-up experience, and successful exits in cybersecurity.
